Tao One Ltd Sole Applicant for Chinese Temple Development Site at Woodlands Industrial Park E8

Tao One Ltd has officially submitted an application for the Chinese Temple Development Site at Woodlands Industrial Park E8, launched by the Housing & Development Board (HDB) under its land sales programme for Places of Worship.

According to the application list released by HDB, Tao One Ltd is the only applicant for this site.

The tender, which opened on 28 August 2025 and closed on 21 October 2025, covers the following key details:

• Land Area: 1,399.5 sqm

• Maximum Gross Floor Area: 1,960 sqm

• Zoning Use: Chinese Temple

• Tender Period: 28 August – 21 October 2025

• Administered by: Housing & Development Board (HDB)

HDB stated that the application result will be announced at a later date following the evaluation process.
