GENERAL NOTICE & APPEAL FOR DONATION/ 通告与善款呼吁

Tao One Ltd humbly seeks the support of the community and our well-wishers in building the Tao One Culture Centre (天富宫白龙王文化中心), a dedicated space for cultural preservation, welfare support, and social services.
The proposed Culture Centre will be located on a freehold land of approximately 212 square metres in Geylang district. Upon completion, the development will comprise over 6,000 square feet of institutional space across five storeys, dedicated to:
- Cultural and heritage activities
- Community welfare and outreach programmes
- Social support and meaningful engagement for followers and the wider public
The total estimated development cost is approximately S$10 million, inclusive of land acquisition, construction, and essential facilities.
We recognise that this is a significant undertaking and a serious financial commitment. This decision was not made lightly, and extensive deliberation and responsibility were taken before embarking on this journey. We firmly believe that a permanent and well-designed cultural centre will enable Tao One Ltd to serve the community more effectively, sustainably, and meaningfully for generations to come.
We humbly invite all supporters, devotees, partners, and members of the public to join us in this journey. Every contribution, regardless of amount, is deeply appreciated.
With your support, the Tao One Culture Centre will stand not only as a physical structure, but as a living space of culture, compassion, service, and harmony.
天富宫白龙王谨此向社会大众、善信及各界友好人士，诚挚呼吁支持兴建「天富宫白龙王文化中心」，共同打造一个传承文化、服务社会、造福大众的重要平台。
本文化中心拟建于新加坡芽笼区域，约212平方米之永久地契土地。项目完成后，将形成一座五层楼、总建筑面积逾6,000平方英尺的机构用途空间，全面用于：
- 传统文化与信仰活动
- 社区关怀与社会福利服务
- 教育、辅导及公益项目
- 为善信及社会大众提供正向、有意义的支持与服务
整个项目（包括土地购置、建筑工程及基本设施）的总预计成本约为新币一千万元（S$10,000,000）。
我们深知，此乃一项重大的决定与沉重的责任。在作出此项规划之前，天富宫已进行长期、审慎的评估与深思熟虑，并本着对社会、对信众、对未来负责的态度，才郑重踏出这关键一步。
我们诚心邀请各界人士共同参与这段建设之路。无论捐献数额多寡，每一份心意，皆是对文化、公益与社会关怀的珍贵支持。
愿在大众的护持与成就之下，天富宫白龙王文化中心不仅是一座建筑，更是一处汇聚文化、慈悲、服务、和合的善念之所。
