Tao One Care expresses our deep sorrow over the tragic double-death case involving late Ms Xu Na and her father, late Mr Xu Baolu. Due to the complexity of the situation, our team has been working closely with the relevant parties to arrange the soonest possible cremation, ensuring that all matters are handled with dignity and respect.

The immediate family members have already flown into Singapore. We have personally met them and are assisting with all necessary arrangements, including funeral rites, the cleaning of the affected unit, and logistical support. All assistance is provided pro bono, in line with our mission to serve the community with compassion and integrity.

A private memorial service for close friends and family will be held on 5 December, followed by the cremation. This gathering is intended to give the family a safe and quiet environment to mourn their loss.

We respectfully urge members of the public and the media to give the family the privacy they need during this profoundly painful period. Your sensitivity and understanding will greatly ease their burden.
